Soft tissue manipulation such as targeted massage and myofascial-release, can help improve most injuries by helping with blood flow and nutrients to the area and decreasing pain.

Mobilisation for stiff joints is fundamental in order to reduce pain and other symptoms. It can also restore function to the joint. This is low risk, non-invasive and not painful.

Dry needling uses a fine acupuncture needle to stimulate trigger points within the muscles to restore function.
Dry needling can give an immediate reduction in pain caused by muscle trigger points.

Assessment of your movement to help restore correct body mechanics.
This is important to help identify your specific needs from Physiotherapy and form a good tailored exercise program.
